With 48 minutes left until the Democratic Candidates Debate in Nevada, the State Supreme Court ruled in favor of NBC News and their decision to NOT invite Dennis Kucinich. It's not too much to expect the suppression of views from the current administration, but is it really the place of our media to judge whether a candidate should be allowed to participate in a debate that will help decide who the nominee for a major political party is going to be?

Eh... I think as a media outlet you should have the right to only invite viable candidates to your debate within a reasonable parameter.
I don't know what MSNBC's parameters are, but I know the ABC/Facebook debate in New Hampshire, they required that the candidate have at least 5% support in one of like 20 national polls being done in New Hampshire. As a result Richardson didn't make it (and then he subsequently dropped out... sounds like they got that one right). That seems about right to me.
